Due to the perishable nature of food products, all food item sales are final.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any food products, including but not limited to dairy, snacks, beverages, and other consumables.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect food item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at amardairy@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We will assess the issue and offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit — at our sole discretion.
