He took the initiative to restructure dairy farming in the rural parts. The idea of procuring high quality milk struck him when he noticed quality issues with the milk delivered to his restaurant.

Teaming up with farmers, he attained a good production and finally decided to get into over the counter sale for customers. Due to the finest quality of milk that was available in the adjoining areas, the sales increased just by word of mouth.
